Parking in Raleigh: We have parking in front and back, gravel lot is accessible through the ramp past the front parking, and street parking along Jersey Court.

Class Description |At a glance

We offer various hot yoga and circuit training classes. All classes can be taken at any level (just be sure to take it at your own pace)  | see class description below:

TOPAZ • Fundamental hot yoga series. Improve balance, strengthen, and increase flexibility. Recommended for beginners
KRYSTALLOS • Core strengthening series. Hot Pilates.
BLOODSTONE • A challenging flow/vinyasa class: great strengthening and endurance workout.
DIAMOND • Slow, deep stretch flow with limited instruction, practiced to calming music in a (LED) candlelit room.
BLACK OPAL • A challenging & upbeat flow/vinyasa class, practiced to fun music with advanced poses.
MYSTERY STONE • An advanced and challenging yoga class (non circuit). Changes weekly. Details not revealed until the class begins.
MMA YOGA • High intensity yoga with weights, incorporating techniques from mixed martial arts training.
TIGER’S EYE • Arrichion signature class. Get the best of both worlds. Half circuit training and half hot yoga flow sequence. Bring running shoes and yoga mat.
WARRIOR • High-intensity circuit training regimen. Challenging workout. Bring running shoes for this class.
SPARTA • Olympic lifts, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and endurance challenges. Power and Cardio Sparta are high intensity 45 minute timed workouts.

Kurtis originally joined Arrichion in 2011 as part of the wrestling/MMA program. After years of competing and coaching in mixed martial arts he enrolled in Arrichion YTT to deepen his yoga practice and broaden his coaching skills. He received his RYT 200 in 2015 and RYT 300 in 2020. After 10 years as a yoga instructor and strength coach at Arrichion Charlotte, Kurtis moved to Raleigh to take on the role of studio manager and lead instructor at the Brier Creek location.

Titus has been practicing yoga and incorporating acro yoga in his practice following his completion of yoga training at Arrichion. His kind and gentle manner is well suited to leading students of all levels of yoga practice. A former professional athlete, Titus decided to try Arrichion Hot Yoga while competing. His performance in track improved including his breathing control, focus, and flexibility. Yoga became part of Titus’ training regimen and he was the first student to complete Arrichion’s teacher training program. Titus—teacher of preschoolers, teacher of yoga students, and competitive athlete—personifies strength through focus at its best. He shares his experience of yoga with his daughter (Jazale) at home.

Alex Johnson

Alex started as a client in 2011 and transitioned to the Arrichion staff in 2017, focusing on the strength and conditioning classes. Alex originally came to Arrichion seeking a strenuous fitness regimen that incorporated the benefits of hot yoga. He has worked as a wrestling coach in the Raleigh area for many years, in both high school and private club programs. Alex incorporates the total body approach commonly found in wrestling training to his workouts and enjoys seeing clients reach new levels in their physical and mental capabilities. When he is not working or coaching, you will most likely find him engaged in a construction or woodworking project.

Amanda Hindenburg

Amanda first joined Arrichion in December of 2020 and immediately fell in love with the heat, the challenge, and the mindset that “I can do this!” She knew she wanted to be more involved with the studio but never dreamt of becoming a yoga instructor. With a little push and a lot of support from instructors and members, she received her 200 RYT certification in June 2021 and then her 300 RYT certification in January 2024. Arrichion is her second home; her constant happy place! When not at the studio, you can find her drinking coffee, reading books and hanging out with her family! 

Brooke Sroka

Brooke grew up in Raleigh before heading to Cincinnati to attend Xavier University, where she played Division I soccer for five years. After graduating, she returned home to Raleigh in search of a workout that would challenge her both physically and mentally. When she found Arrichion, she instantly fell in love with the workout and the community. In January 2025, Brooke completed her 200-hour YTT and is excited to continue growing her practice and sharing it with others. In her free time she loves to travel, read, watch reality TV, and spend time with friends and family. Her background as a college athlete still fuels her competitive spirit and love for a good challenge!

Molly Mclean

Molly started practicing yoga after graduating college. Yoga helped her transition into a new phase of life and find appreciation for a new type of movement. She stumbled across Arrichion when searching new studios after moving and loved how she was able to continue her love for lifting weights and practicing yoga all in one place. The community at Arrichion not only fostered new friendships but encouraged her to push herself to teach. She completed her 200 RYT certification in 2025 and is proud to be a part of the Arrichion family!

Sabrina moved from NY to NC in 2006 to continue her career as a Veterinary nurse at the NC State Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Go Pack!

After 4 yrs of bikini fitness competitions, she decided to give competing a break. She was looking for another way to challenge herself when she found a Groupon for Arrichion. The “you can do tough things” mentality of Arrichion hooked her and there was no turning back!

She received her 200 RYT in 2023 and her 300 RYT in 2025!

When Sabrina is not at the studio, you can find her spending time with her husband and their 4 legged family, Cecelia, Giovanni, Finn, Evelyn & Remy. 

Sandy Chambers
INSTRUCTOR | RYT 500

Sandy (Dr. Chambers) retired in the summer of 2024 after a fulfilling 30+ year career in education, most recently serving as an Elementary School Principal in the Wake County Public School System. During her time as an educator, she earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and maintained a lifelong passion for fitness. A former varsity cheerleader at UNC-CH, Sandy went on to become a kickboxing instructor, certified personal trainer, and CrossFit enthusiast. In 2002, she married Junius Chambers on Good Morning America in New York’s Times Square. Together, they raised two children—Alison and Justin—who are now thriving young adults in college. With their children off to school and the CrossFit grind taking its toll, Sandy discovered hot yoga at Arrichion—and fell in love with the practice from her very first class. Just 16 months into her yoga journey, eager to deepen her understanding and grow in her practice, she was encouraged to enroll in teacher training. She did—becoming RYT 200 certified in 2025. The rest, as they say, is history.

Arrichion Hot Yoga Raleigh has the friendliest, most encouraging teachers and they are also incredible athletes. There are so many great varieties of classes to take. Each one is carefully tailored to provide a targeted workout whether you want to focus on stretching and yoga basics in Diamond or Topaz or you want to go for an intense cardio/weight class like Tiger’s Eye or Cardio Sparta. Arrichion is simply the BEST place to go for an amazing and unique work out. I have learned so much in the two years since I’ve started here. Taking each class at my own pace and building up to each and every new level. It has been a transforming life experience and I have loved every single, sweaty minute of it.
