It’s simple; let’s get to the point.
Our 5 hot yoga classes are all complete workouts designed to strengthen and stretch every area of your body. The variety will help you to keep your practice fresh and challenging. For example, our hybrid Tiger’s Eye class is a one of a kind combination of a fighter’s strength circuit and hot flow yoga; our signature Topaz class blends a series of hatha yoga poses which when practiced regularly will improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Regardless of who is teaching you will have the same experience because everyone who teaches for Arrichion is trained in the Arrichion system.
We start on time; we end on time. Our classes are 60 minutes of intensive movement; we know your time is valuable. You can get everything you need in an hour; you don’t need the traditional 90 minute yoga class that sometimes stretched into 2 hours. Unlike other studios, you won’t have to watch the instructor wrap her foot around her head while describing the pose in Sanskrit only to wonder how you could ever get into that pose when you don’t have that flexible body. There is no chanting. You will practice yoga, not just watch it or meditate about it. We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Practicing in a heated room allows your muscles to relax and your body to release toxins. Arrichion Hot Yoga facilities use state of the art heating, humidification, and air purification systems to provide the cleanest, best yoga environment possible.
We are knowledgeable, trained, and passionate professionals. Most importantly, we have positive attitudes toward our students. We want you to see results and feel good about yourselves. Don’t get us wrong, it takes hard work and consistent practice. But we KNOW that if you show up at least 2-3 times a week we can help you see results. This isn’t the case at all yoga studios. We don’t prejudge you; out of shape and overweight—no problem; athlete with little flexibility, but lots of strength—no problem; long practicing, seasoned yogi—no problem; think yoga is for wimps—
