Q. What do I wear?
A. Workout clothes you feel comfortable sweating in. Tank tops, shorts, sports bras, dry fit clothes. No heavy sweats or heavy shirts. You will be sweating a lot!
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. A yoga mat, water bottle and a big towel. If you forget any of these items, we rent yoga mat for $2 (limited availability), or purchase water for $1, towel for $5, and a new mat for $15.
Q. I don't have a yoga mat where can I find one?
A. We have new mats for sale at the studio ($15). Or you can purchase one at Tj Maxx, Marshalls, or Target.
Q. Can I talk/text on my cell phone or to other students in the class?
A. No, leave your cell phones (we make exceptions for on-call medical/emergency professionals)and ipods out of the yoga room (you can store them in the changing room cubby. Many students come early to have peace and silence. Be considerate of the other students. No talking in the yoga room, before, after, or during class.
Q. What if I am late to class, can I still enter the room?
A. No. The door will be locked at the beginning of each class and we do no allow any late entry (No exceptions). You should always try to be 10 minutes early to class. If it is your first class try to arrive 20minutes before class time, to fill out forms and get ready for class. Yoga is a practice that requires discipline and arriving late can disrupt the class.
Q. Can I wear my shoes or bring my bag into class? Where can I store my belongings?
A. No, please do not wear shoes or bring your bag into the yoga room. You will only need your mat, water and a towel in the yoga room. You can store your shoes and rest your belongings in the changing room cubby. We lock the door at the beginning of each sessions so no one will be entering the studio. If you feel more comfortable, you may chose to leave your valuables in your car trunk before coming into the studio.
Q. I have never done yoga, is this okay? Which class is best for beginners?
A. Yes! Beginners are always welcome. Don't be afraid to try this great experience! It will be tough at first but you will improve with every session. Best class for beginners are Topaz and Diamond, but don't be afraid to try the other classes. All classes are designed for every fitness/experience level, so you can always modify the poses or take the class at your own pace. We are not here to judge you or call you out.
Q. How can I schedule a class?
A. We do not take class reservations. Classes are first come first serve and we cut off at certain number. We open the door 30 minutes prior to the start of the class. Please check out our class schedules.
Q. What do I need to sign up?
A.  Your mat and your willingness to try a practice that could help better your mind and your body. That's it!! You can check our class times online, pick what best fits your schedule and come over to our facility to start your  20 consecutive days of yoga for $20.

Q. Is there any chanting or mediatation?
A. At Arrichion Hot Yoga we do not incorporate any chanting to our practice. Although there is not a specific time for meditation, at Arrichion Hot Yoga we focus not only on your body but also your mind. The sessions are developed to give you a sense of clarity and focus.
Q. Can I leave during class for a break?
A. No, please try and stay in the room for the whole class. If it is an emergency you may leave then quietly come back into the room. If you are feeling sick or dizzy sit down and focus on your breathing. When you feel ready again, you can continue with the class.
Q. Can I still take the class if I have to leave the class early?

A. No, it is very disruptive whenever a person leaves the classroom. We start on time and we end the class on time, if your schedule does not allow you to take the whole class, please plan to attend another class when you are able to do so. We offer classes in various times so please look at our schedule.
Q. What should I eat before class?

A. Try not to eat a big meal atleast 3 hours before class. If you are hungry you can eat a small piece of fruit or nuts an hour before class. Remember, Arrichion Hot Yoga is practiced in a heated room and you will be putting your body through a workout, so drink plenty of water throughout the day to make sure you are well hydrated
Q. Do I need to be flexible to practice hot yoga?
A. No! most people are not flexible at first, it takes work and the heat will help with that. Go where you can go in every practice, as long as you give 110% effort you will get 110% benefit. At first it might be hard, you might not be able to do every pose but I gurantee you will improve with every session and you will see results.
