• Maintaining good body position. Essential to success in wrestling.
• Optimizing movement. Movement needs to be purposeful.
• Learning and Drilling high percentage technical skills—TECHNIQUE, TECHNIQUE, TECHNIQUE.
• Emphasizing the takedown, but all positions covered.  The first takedown generally wins the match.
• Developing match sense through situation and full competition. You have to learn to win.
• Improving functional strength.
• Developing mental toughness and a fighting spirit.

• Four intensive training sessions per week from August through October; One session per week November through February (additional practices as needed); Four sessions per week March through June. A calendar of holidays, etc will be provided.
• Training  limited to small groups of Team Arrichion wrestlers.
• Increasingly intensive focus on technical and tactical training  that can move you to the second level of the Arrichion Training System because of year-round commitment.
• Opportunity to wrestle in selected events where Arrichion staff will coach you. Arrichion Team events for the year will include Duals and Tournaments in NC, VA, NJ, PA, OH (September/October), Super 32 (October), High School Nationals (March), NC USAW Freestyle State Championship, Northeast or Central Regional Freestyle Cadet/Junior Championship, Western Regional-Las Vegas, FILA Cadet and Junior Freestyle Championships. Wrestlers must pay tournament entry fees and personal travel expenses.

Private Training Sessions: Reserved for Arrichion Team members and wrestlers younger than 11 years old.
