The Arrichion Train Like a Warrior Classes were developed by accomplished competitors who are incredible teachers. Real fighters use a variety of training methods—circuit training, yoga, skills classes—to achieve the high levels of conditioning required to prepare them for the fight. You’re joking, right? Yoga for fighters? YES, yoga. Real fighters do yoga. Real fighters improved strength through body weight exercises—you’ll never be stronger. And we are bringing these authentic opportunities to you. We have intensive hot yoga classes, circuit training, and full contact pankration (MMA) classes designed to either get you in shape or prepare you to move into fighting with Team Arrichion. But the most important thing to know about Arrichion Train like a Warrior is that it can work for you. You don’t need any other fitness program, no other gym membership, no other martial arts classes—just Arrichion. Efficient, effective, results oriented, and different from the rest. Doesn’t every program have one? NO. Our train like a warrior system is made up of a combination of training opportunities that work. All of our classes focus on high percentage technical skills and purposeful movement—whether it is in a yoga class or mixed martial arts class. We believe that repetition is the mother of all learning, but we know that you need variety to keep motivated. We give feedback. We don’t teach fancy clinic moves or exotic yoga poses that only the most flexible contortionists can execute. We KNOW that doesn’t work. We will teach good body positioning and movement; you can’t win without it; you can’t defend yourself without it; you can’t get fit without it. The Arrichion system is the same regardless of location or coach/instructor teaching. Our system is designed to make you work—it’s like having a personal trainer without the cost. Oh, and by the way, we don’t care where you start just that you want to get better. Put in the time and effort and you will progress.

Our practices are planned, intensive, and focused. We don’t waste time; we accomplish a lot in an hour where every minute counts. We have structure, not chaos (unfortunately what happens in lots of fitness and sport instruction). You will not be overwhelmed by too much equipment; people socializing while you are waiting for a station; classes taught by inexperienced, unqualified instructors; clients preening in front of the mirrors—yes, that happens in big gyms and fitness clubs, not at Arrichion. Fun? Not really. (That comes when you see results). Rewarding? Always.

We are knowledgeable, trained, and passionate professionals. All of the instructors and coaches at Arrichion have positive attitudes toward the members. We believe that teaching and coaching are a profession—no, everyone can’t do it. Just because you were an athlete doesn’t qualify you. Just because you want to help people doesn’t qualify you. Don’t all clubs and programs respect everyone? NO. We can’t tell you how many times we get calls from people who are frustrated because the only one getting attention in the practice room is the talented athlete or the instructor is negative to them in the class. Guess what, athletes are made, not born. Fitness is developed, not inherited. At Arrichion, it doesn’t matter if you are a two-legged marshmallow or a professional athlete. Champions are made. We respect workers. As a result, everyone improves.
