Perfect for men and women who want to train for MMA fighting, for former athletes or anyone looking for an intensive conditioning or cross-training workout as well as those wanting realistic self-defense instruction.
• Intensive instruction in MMA fighting skills. Structured practices that include elements from wrestling, striking, and submission wrestling.
• Ground and pound and clinch and pound styles emphasized.
• Practices begin with functional warm-up, move to instruction of fighting techniques on the feet and on the mat. Offense and defense included.
• Practices include situational competition and games designed to improve body positioning.
• Concludes with circuit exercises designed to reinforce technique, build strength and conditioning, optimize body positioning.
Junior Pankration (Mixed Martial Arts instruction)

Great preparation for wrestling and fighting sports; excellent cross-training for all sports, especially football and hockey; develops realistic self-defense skills; and improved fitness.

Bloodstone

Bloodstone or heliotrope means turning to the sun in Greek. Ancient Greek gladiators wore bloodstone talismans for protection in battle. Equally important in Indian culture, the bloodstone is used for healing. The Arrichion Hot Yoga Bloodstone series is a challenging flow yoga workout practiced to music. Central to the Bloodstone series is the sun salutation asana. Bloodstone is a great strengthening and endurance workout. This workout will help you to open hip flexors, abductors, rotators, and quadriceps. You will learn to control your breath for improved focus and depth of practice. Bloodstone is especially effective for competitive athletes.
